Research Interests

My research is focused on applying a variety of proteomic mass spectrometry-based techniques to study signaling mechanisms and regulation of signaling in a variety of human diseases. Our work is fundamentally multi-disciplinary and collaborative. The ongoing areas of interest include signaling networks in lung cancer, mechanisms of neurodegeneration, and precision medicine applications in medical kidney and medical lung diseases.
